Wilfried Nancy has urged the disgruntled Celtic support to trust him but admitted his team needs to start delivering after they were dumped in the Premier Sports Cup final.
The Frenchman watched St Mirren sink his side 3-1 at Hampden and admitted it was painful. It is now three, straight defeats for the Hoops boss but Nancy has asked the fans to listen to him because he will get things right.
Nancy said: “It’s obviously painful, the result. Especially for the players, for the fans and for the club. I can understand. I tell them that I want to do better for sure. But I am asking them, not to be patient but to trust what I am going to say regarding I can see what we are trying to do.
