Gail Kowalski’s inspiring jewelry lives on in the JBG Legacy Line

Nags Head Jewelry designer Gail Kowalski passed away almost two years ago, leaving behind a reputation for creating award-winning designs and teaching new designers. It was an art she perfected for more than 40 years at Jewelry by Gail in Nags Head.

Kowalski settled on the Outer Banks in 1977 where she vacationed as a child after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Sienna Heights College in Adrian Michigan.

The award-winning designer’s creations were included in the personal collections of Hollywood celebrities such as Minnie Driver, Vanessa Williams and Angela
