KUNIA, Hawaii (Island News) – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) are asking for the public’s help regarding any new information about the multiple fires that occurred in the Kunia area recently.
Brush fires were reported from Monday, Aug. 11, to Tuesday, Aug. 19, within the Kunia Loa Ridge area.
The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) previously reported that a witness claimed that they saw a man standing near the brush before setting it on fire on Tuesday night. No arrests have been made at this time.
