A second event for former Vice President and presidential candidate Kamala Harris is scheduled in Birmingham this fall.

"A Conversation with Kamala Harris" will be held at the Alabama Theatre on Oct. 17.

A second event has been added to the schedule due to high demand for tickets. The first event will be held at 5 p.m., followed by another at 8 p.m. The original showtime was scheduled at 7 p.m. but has been adjusted an hour later to accommodate time for the earlier event.

The event is presented by Code-R Productions and Books-A-Million, and each ticket includes a copy of Harris' political memoir " 107 Days ."
