Police: Suspects leave man’s body outside SLU Hospital, take his car, and try to pawn his phone

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two people are accused of leaving a man’s body outside SLU Hospital, taking his car, and trying to pawn his phone.

According to a probable cause statement, the victim died while in the presence of Billie Claeys, 43, and Terrence Clark, 46.

The two are accused of using the victim’s vehicle to drive him to the hospital, where they dumped his body outside and left with his vehicle.

They are also accused of using, and attempting to pawn the victim’s iPhone, which Claeys later admitted to.

Clark has a criminal history that includes statutory sodomy, burglary, and possession of a controlled substance.

Claeys also has a criminal history, and is currently on bond in a criminal case.
