A series 10 beer and wine store liquor license is being sought for Roll It Up #2, a Tempe smoke shop.

The Tempe City Council at a meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, in the City Council Chambers at Tempe City Hall, 31 E. Fifth St., is slated to make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for Rmmarcos LLC, 1800 E. Apache Blvd.
