LOS ANGELES – Gregory Dulan, owner of Dulan’s on Crenshaw, is seeking the community’s help to save his business after he purchased adjacent properties to expand his existing business.
In 1975, Adolph Dulan opened his soul food restaurant and was declared the “King of Soul Food” in South Los Angeles. His sons, Gregory and Terry continue their father’s legacy with Terry running the Soul Food Kitchen in nearby Inglewood and Gregory running the location in the Crenshaw District.
According to property records, Gregory Dulan purchased the building located at 4853 Crenshaw Blvd. in 1991. It sits across the street from Bethesda Temple Church and sits is at the base of the upscale unincorporated View Park-Windsor Hills neighborhood, which is dotted with multi-million dollar homes.
