SALINE COUNTY — Last week a jury found a Marshall man guilty of multiple sex crimes in Saline County.

Online court records say in 2022 Lisandro Granados-Alvarez was charged with statutory rape, rape and domestic assault among other charges.

A probable cause statement says Granados-Alvarez began raping the victim when they were 10 years old and stopped when they were around 14. The jury recommended Granados-Alvarez to serve two life sentences. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 20.
