WESTMORELAND, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman who suffers from dementia was found in a wooded area Monday morning after Sumner County officials used drones.
The Westmoreland Police Department received a call on Monday around 10:30 a.m. about a 70-year-old woman, who suffers from dementia, walking into a wooded area off Bledsoe Street near Harrison Lane.

Officers with the WPD arrived on the scene and began looking for the woman, and ultimately asked Sumner County EMA and the Sumner County Sheriff's Office for assistance, according to the WPD.
