ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OH — Judge Al Davies of the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas – Probate/Juvenile Division has announced the launch of the Teen Recharge Program, a new 10-week initiative aimed at helping teens build accountability and make better decisions.

The program is modeled after the Parent Project, a nationally recognized, evidence-based course the Juvenile Court has offered to parents in Belmont County since 2019. While the Parent Project works with parents, the Teen Recharge Program is designed specifically for teens, giving them skills and strategies to improve behavior and strengthen relationships.
