HOUSTON (KIAH) — H-E-B's Quest for Texas Best names four Houston-area small businesses as this year's finalists. According to the grocery chain, the 2025 search for Texas' best flavors and goods is nearing its end, and after reviewing over 260 products, they've named their Top Ten.
