HANNIBAL (WGEM) - Hannibal Police arrested a homeless man after he allegedly harassed two different people with a knife and a hairdryer.
Isaac D. Butler, 39, of Hannibal, was charged with two counts of harassment, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action.
Police reported Butler had harassed two separate individuals while in the downtown area of Hannibal.
According to police, the incident occurred around 8:28 p.m. Saturday, Butler wielded a knife erratically while approaching someone in the 100 block of Bird Street.
Around 4:16 a.m. Sunday, another individual reported that Butler was holding an object that looked like a gun.
