MT. HOPE, WV (WVNS) - A local EMS provider is offering a lifeline to the local community with the "Donate What You Can" food drive.

WV Lifeline Ambulance Service has been making an impact on local healthcare since its introduction earlier this year. Now, the team at Lifeline is finding even more ways to give back. Team members will be accepting food donations which will then distributed to local food banks in recognition of International Day of Charity. They said the effort is all about continuing their efforts to help the region prosper. "We were bouncing ideas with the management team, [about] 'what can we do for our community?'
