Details of the construction of a new care home on a former car dealership in Nuneaton have been revealed. The old Citroen dealership site on Weddington Road has stood empty after being sold in 2023.

It was sold for 'redevelopment' last year, with rumours that it was set to become a care home. Then last year plans emerged that for a 75 bed residential care home for Care UK.

These plans were approved - but with a number of conditions that have to be met before works can start. Among these conditions were a construction logistics and environmental management plan.
