ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Missouri State Auditor’s August 2025 report found that the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority (RSA) has not adequately planned for the future maintenance needs of The Dome at America’s Center.
According to Missouri Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick’s office, the Dome will require an estimated $155 million in repairs and maintenance over the next 10 years, but the RSA has only about $88 million in cash, including NFL settlement funds. This leaves a funding shortfall of roughly $67 million.
