FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Millsboro, Delaware, man was arrested Friday evening in Fayette County following a domestic incident that reportedly involved physical abuse of a child and assault on an adult.

According to a criminal complaint, deputies were dispatched around 8:36 p.m. to a residence on Creek Side Road after a 911 caller reported a domestic dispute and possible firearm in the vehicle.

The home reportedly contained several children, ages 9 to 16.

Upon arrival, deputies encountered the 40-year-old suspect, Franddi Jean, and found the child visibly upset.

Witnesses reported that an argument escalated after the child called the suspect “childish” during a dispute over the suspect’s behavior toward his girlfriend.
