EAST HAVEN, Conn. — A person was injured Tuesday following an East Haven domestic disturbance that lead to gunfire.

Romario Lyle, 29, of East Haven, was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Disorderly Conduct in connection with the domestic incident.

Police said at 10:22 p.m ., they were called to the area of 500 Main Street for a report of a domestic-related disturbance involving the discharge of a firearm.

Police said when they arrived, they found that an argument between two people had escalated into a physical altercation. During the incident, a third person arrived on scene.
