NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - You know what they say about "good things coming in three's" and that's exactly how this week has been weather-wise.
Wednesday has been a nice "Hump Day" with temperatures getting to the upper 80s and a few spots reaching the 90-degree mark, but we will start cooling down into the evening getting to the upper 70s for the overnight.
Even though it has been a drier week, we will still have the chance to see some showers and storms because what would a day in the summer here in Louisiana be without them....

Wednesday afternoon into the evening will see the humidity pickup, but Thursday will bring the last dip before the humidity really goes on the up and up through the weekend.
