CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio (WOIO) - How did a Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers shirt make its way to a thrift shop the other side of the world?

That’s exactly the question the Cuyahoga Falls City School District is asking!

“Talk about a Black Tiger surprise!” CFCSD exclaimed.

CFCSD said their school social worker, Esther Harsh, found it on her summer vacation to New Zealand.

She was stunned to find a piece of home while browsing a thrift store in Tauranga on the North Island, according to CFCSD.

“She discovered it at the Waipuna Hospice Charity Shop – Mount Maunganui, with signs in both English and Māori," CFCSD described. “What are the odds?!”
