COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man facing multiple felonies after reportedly firing shots at Marysville police nearly three months ago was taken back into custody shortly after walking away from a hospital on Tuesday evening, according to Columbus Division of Police Sgt. Joseph Albert.
"It appears that he just recently had a medical procedure done," Albert said.
Now, 10TV is learning more about how he may have walked away.
A 911 call placed by an employee of Select Specialty Hospital confirms that, at that time, 29-year-old Dustin Ohm was a patient of theirs, who they brought to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
"This patient has left OSU; he's on a scooter. He's basically eloping," said the employee.
