NEW YORK (PIX11) -- An estimated $850 million is up for grabs on Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot drawing. The cash value of the prize is an estimated $383.7 million.

The winning numbers for the Aug. 27 drawing were 09, 12, 22, 61, 41, the Powerball was 25, and the Power Play was 4X.

This was the seventh-largest Powerball jackpot in the game's history, according to officials.

A New Yorker who wins this jackpot will pay a mandatory Federal tax of 24%, and a state tax withholding of 10.9%, which is the highest in the United States. If a resident of the five boroughs, there is a city tax of 3.876%, and 1.46% if the winner is from Yonkers.

Winners have one year from the drawing to claim their prize. Powerball drawings are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 10:59 p.m.
