TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The aftermath of the shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning left an unsettling feeling for many Tucson churchgoers who were attending mass later in the day.

Two children were killed in the mass shooting, with 17 others injured. The alleged shooter, Robin Westman , allegedly took their life after the shooting.

13 News’ Sean Mahoney spoke to people in Tucson, with many saying they never would have thought it would happen in such a sacred place.

“No, definitely not. It’s like you’re in church. You don’t think that somebody is going to come, and especially, going through the stained glass window,” said Monique Collins, who was attending mass at St. Thomas More Catholic Newman Center.
