THE Cincinnati Bengals have made a major move in their quarterback room just days before the 2025 season.

The Bengals will have just two QBs on their roster in Joe Burrow and backup Jake Browning.

Desmond Ridder, a third round NFL Draft pick in 2022, is on the move again.

Ridder, 25, only moved back to Cincinnati in July after his successful stint at college level.

Since leaving the Atlanta Falcons in 2024, Desmond has signed for three franchises.

The former Arizona Cardinal has never completed more than one season at any.

Per Tom Pelissero of the NFL Media, Ridder was cut as the Bengals reduced their squad to 53 players.

The quarterback was seen as dispensable following his move from the Las Vegas Raiders.
