DECORAH, Iowa (KTTC) – Tuesday marks the second day of witnesses testifying regarding the Winneshiek County jury trial of James Bachmurski–a Georgia man facing a 2nd degree murder conviction for the death of 15-year-old Jade Colvin. One of the witnesses who appeared before the jury was the defendant’s son, Bryan Bachmurski.

According to Bryan, March 30, 2017, was the last time he saw Colvin. He said his father drove him to work at 10 p.m. for a late-night shift with her also in the car at the time.

“Bryan, as it relates to Jade Colvin, was that the last time you saw her?” one of the persecuting attorneys asked.

“Yes, it was the last time I saw her,” Bryan answered. “He was going to drop her off with someone else or somewhere else to relocate her.”
