SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - “Big Sioux River Days” are underway in Hawarden, Iowa. Besides some of the big events, like the 3-on-3 basketball tournament and “Color Run” on Saturday, Aug. 30, one of the smallest exhibitions could draw big crowds.
