PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Two survivors of alleged abuse at Miss Hall's School in Berkshire County are advocating for legislative change to protect teens from predator teachers.

A 60-page report by Aleta Law was commissioned by Miss Hall's School to uncover any past or present employee sexual misconduct. It specifically focused on Matthew Rutledge after multiple allegations emerged in 2024. Miss Hall's School has released an investigative report detailing sexual misconduct by former faculty member Matthew Rutledge, who was employed from 1991 to 2024.
