LA VISTA, Neb. —

A Sarpy County judge set bond at $500,000 Thursday for a man accused of sex crimes against a child.

Micah Groseclose, 29, appeared in court on charges of third-degree sexual assault of a child, solicitation of prostitution with the victim under the age of 18, and intentionally committing child abuse with no injury.

La Vista police say the crime happened at a home on Aug. 23, 2025. They say the victim is under the age of 15.

As part of his bond conditions, Groseclose must have no contact with any minor under 18. He's scheduled to be back in court in September.
