Apartments for a £450m Coventry regeneration project will be constructed in February 2026. Developers say the flats will be based near Rover Road, just yards from Coventry Market and the Odeon.
Work is well underway on the major regeneration scheme City Centre South , which is being led by the Hill Group and Coventry City Council . New homes, shops and pedestrian-friendly areas will be created as part of the project.
Shops, including Iceland on Queen Victoria Road and Argos at City Arcade, have now been completely demolished. Contractors are also currently bulldozing the Barracks Car Park.
