BURLINGTON, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - Members of the community are meeting at Baird Park next week to gather feedback for "future priorities for the park," according to a post from Burlington Parks, Recreation and Waterfront.

This public meeting marks the start of the Baird Park Comprehensive Plan, which aims to "design the future" of this park. This may involve identifying much-needed infrastructure, creating opportunities for future local investment and more.

The meeting will be held rain or shine in Burlington's South End, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Locals can drop in at any time, but a formal presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m. during the event.

All of this will take place next week, on Thursday, September 4.
