Logan Reserve: Returned, approved

Logan Reserve is a proposed subdivision located at the corner of Devenger Road and Connecticut Drive with access along Devenger Road near the Woodberry community.

The project totals 88 lots on 37.26 acres, yielding a density of 2.36 units per acre. It was the fourth appearance before the commission, having been revised for lower density and an adjustment to the access.

Members of the community expressed concerns of a possible deed restriction for the land, noting that its original purpose was for a church rather than a subdivision.
