UTICA, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV) -- Meteorologist Jordan Reed has a look at the forecast for the next few days.

As we head into tonight and over the Labor Day Weekend, conditions improve quite a bit! High pressure will slide in, bringing mainly dry weather and gradually warming temperatures. After today’s chill, we’ll start to see highs climb back into the seventies, and by the middle of next week, we should be comfortably in the mid to upper seventies.

Now, later Wednesday into Thursday, another system looks like it’ll dip down from Canada. Most guidance agrees that a new front will swing through around Wednesday night, but the exact timing isn’t certain yet. Either way, it likely brings another round of unsettled weather and a cool down to follow.
