DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Pennsylvania man allegedly sent sexual texts for months to an undercover agent posing as a young teen girl, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.

Bobby Rossell, 42, of Chambersburg, faces felony charges of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal solicitation, corruption of minors, and criminal use of a communication facility, online court documents show.

The charges filed Wednesday show the investigation began when an agent, who was acting undercover as a 13-year-old on an online chat room app called "Hush", started getting messages from a user called "Philly16," later identified to be Rossell, in March.
