CARROLLTON — The Carrollton City Council has a light agenda for its upcoming meeting Tuesday.

The council plans to discuss the Kiwanis Day Kids Parade. Time is reserved to enter closed session after official reports for real estate and personnel matters.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at Carrollton City Hall.
