A new face will lead Bulter onto the field on Saturday evening at Red Robertson Field in Miami, Oklahoma.

That’s Mr. Kyle Woodall.

He was named interim head football coach in April and he’s jumped at the opportunity. The Grizzlies seem to be mimicking his intense demeanor and that could bode well for the Grizzlies.

Butler is coming off a 7-4 season where they were borderline historic defense—at least it felt like it—but an inept offense held them from a conference and potentially a national championship.

Butler last season were held under 20 points six of their 11 games. They only scored above 28 points twice.

The offense has more to prove after ranking 35th out of 41 teams in yards per game last season. Injuries, inconsistency, and a midseason quarterback departure
