ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An investigation is underway after an early morning fire in Albany, according to the Albany Fire Department. The incident reportedly occurred on the 100 block of Clinton Avenue, between Ten Broeck Street and North Swan Street.
Fire crews were dispatched to the scene just after 12:30 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy fire on the second floor of the three-story building, as well as in the back.
Some flames extended to a neighboring home, but the fire was under control at about 1:12 a.m., the fire department said. No injuries were reported to civilians or firefighters, though 17 residents have been temporarily displaced.
