Naoise Dolan: I am sailing to Gaza because I want to do everything in my power to stop Israel’s crimes

Frustrated by our Government’s response to the genocide, I am joining the latest flotilla and taking inspiration from the Dunnes Stores anti-apartheid protesters

As you read this, the first boats from the Global Sumud Flotilla will be setting sail for Gaza.

An Irish delegation will join, departing between today and Thursday from Mediterranean ports in an attempt to break Israel’s siege and deliver aid to Palestinians being indiscriminately bombed and starved. I am among the volunteers on board.
