MIAMI, Okla. — Kyle Woodall wasn’t ready for the ice but he was getting the bath anyway.
The Butler Grizzlies doused their new coach with an ice water bath after Butler’s 27-20 win over Northeastern Oklahoma A&M to start the season.
“I don’t know if I’m a big fan of the ice over the head but you don’t have to do that again,” he said jokingly.
Then, he was reminded he gets another when you win a conference championship or even a national championship.
“Now, we’re looking way up on the mountain top,” he laughed.
