Heritage walks, trails, museums and other attractions in North West Leicestershire will open their doors for free throughout next month. The Hello Heritage initiative will ensure that visitors can enjoy a wide range of heritage sites, exhibitions, and guided walks.

From the industrial history of Griffydam and Osgathorpe to the architectural beauty of Staunton Harold Church, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the district this September. This year's event is also a big one as 2025 marks two major centenaries in the district - Ibstock Community College celebrates 100 years with an open day on Sunday, September 14, and an archive morning on Saturday, September 27.
