Gas and electricity bills are set to rise for millions in the UK , but the rising cost for others is set to be even higher. This week saw energy regulator Ofgem announce a new price cap level which will see the average household's bills rise by nearly £3 per month - but some will be hit even further.

The price cap allows the Government to stop energy companies from making excessive profits by linking their charges to the global market value for energy.
The cap changes every three months and the latest one will cover October, November and December. The new cap means that the typ
