For married couple Tonia and Bob Halaas, Octopus’ Beer Garden in Mt. Clemens is a labor of love — and in more ways than one. Nestled on the banks of the Clinton River, the restaurant and bar is a tribute both to the Halaas’ love for the Beatles and for their family.

Now open for an expanded season of St. Patrick’s Day through New Year’s Day, the Beatles-themed restaurant sits at the site of the former Captain’s Landing Restaurant and the Clinton River Cruises at 152 N. River Road.
