This order alters the size of the and introduces a new restriction on street trading in some areas of Skegness. However, following a consultation on the order's renewal, the council has announced it will be making changes to the dog exclusion zones in Skegness, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe.

An update from the council states: "You asked, we delivered! Following the 2024 public consultation on the renewal of the PSPO in East Lindsey, we’ve made changes to dog exclusion zones on our beaches.
