TOLEDO, Ohio — A fire broke out at a south Toledo home Monday morning, in an incident that did not cause any injuries, Toledo Fire and Rescue (TFRD) said.
Fire crews were called to the 800 block of Western Avenue around 7:30 a.m. for a house fire. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters, TFRD said. They also said they believed the cause of the fire to be accidental.
TFRD told WTOL 11 that the Red Cross provided assistance to three adults and two pets who were displaced.
