Two new-to-Fayetteville chain restaurants are set to open next spring near the busy Skibo Road corridor.

Biscuit Belly , a fast-casual brunch chain, and Pei Wei Asian Kitchen , a fast-casual Asian restaurant chain, will open in the second quarter of 2026 in a new building under construction in the Glensford Commons shopping center, an official with the real estate management company told The Fayetteville Observer. The outparcel will be known as the Glensford Shoppes.
