We enjoyed a gorgeous holiday weekend, and there's still another day of that on tap before rain is back for us in the middle of the week.

Tuesday is a very seasonable September day: cool in the morning and low-80s in the afternoon. There will be more clouds to the south in the afternoon, with the chance of an isolated shower in our far southernmost towns later in the day.

For most of us, the rain chances are expected to increase as a cold front moves in mid-week. There could be some scattered rain later in the day Wednesday, mainly southeast of I-71. But the more widespread rain is coming on Thursday morning.
