Minneapolis - a community known for four seasons, parkas and below-zero temps - is ranked the third-best city in America to retire in, according to an annual survey by personal finance website WalletHub. Researchers compared the retiree-friendliness of more than 180 U.S. cities across four key dimensions - affordability, activities, quality of life and health care - by using 45 key metrics, with data measuring everything from taxpayer friendliness to cost of living and health care infrastructure.
