BEAVER, WV (WVNS) -- A man from Raleigh County pleaded guilty to a federal drug crime involving methamphetamine.
According to a press release from the United States Department of Justice, 47-year-old Jeremy Dale Shuck, of Coal City, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 to distribution of five grams or more of methamphetamine.
The press release stated that according to court documents, Shuck sold around 13.92 grams to a confidential informant in a service station parking lot in the Beaver area of Raleigh County on July 16, 2024 for $200. As part of the guilty plea, Shuck revealed his involvement in the sale.
According to the press release, Shuck's sentencing is scheduled for January 23, 2026, and he faces a required minimum of five years to 40 years in prison, a minimum of four y
