Astolfo, from Burlington’s Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School, secured hero status in overtime with a 21-yard field goal. His teammates rushed onto the field and hoisted the fresh-faced kicker on their shoulders to celebrate Saturday night’s 26-23 road win over the Toronto Varsity Blues.
