KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - A Kearney man is headed to trial court for meth distribution.

Jeremy Carman, 47, is charged with three counts of felony distribution of a controlled substance. Each charge involves more than 10 grams of methamphetamine.

The court records with details of the investigation were sealed by a Buffalo County judge, but the charging documents accuse Carman of selling meth on three separate occasions last summer, July 22, 2024, July 29, 2024, and Aug. 5, 2024. In each case in an amount more than 10 grams.

Court records also indicate he was arrested by Buffalo County Sheriff’s in August.

Carman waived an evidence hearing and his case was transferred to Buffalo County District Court for possible trial. An arraignment hearing is scheduled Oct. 3.
