CARTHAGE, Mo. — A man who allegedly was high on drugs and ran naked Monday through the Days Inn motel and around the grounds of the motel has been charged in Jasper County.

Jose Juarez Ramos, 34, of Carthage, was arrested about 4 p.m. Monday by a Carthage police officer. ×
