Calgary police is asking the public to come forward with any information relating to a possible shooting that caused extensive damage to a pickup truck.

On Monday at approximately 5 p.m., CPS received reports that a black Ford F-150 covered in bullet holes arrived at South Health Campus along 4448 Front St. S.E.

They also received reports that the truck was driven by a man who was believed to have attended the hospital with minor injuries.

Police spoke with the man, but he was uncooperative with the investigation and was later released from the hospital.
